Return Duration:

You have 5 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items. Returns requested outside this 5-day window cannot be accepted.

Ineligible Returns:

  3. Receive Instructions: Our team will review your request and, if approved based on the valid reasons, will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). Do not send items back without receiving prior authorization and instructions.

Return Shipping:

If your return is approved due to one of the valid reasons (missing parts necessitating a return, damaged product, or wrong item sent), NuttyDry.com will cover the cost of return shipping or provide you with a prepaid return label.

Refunds and Replacements:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.

Condition of Returned Items:

Items returned due to damaged product or wrong item sent should be returned with their original packaging as much as possible. For items returned due to missing parts (if a return of the whole item is requested), the item should be in its original condition and packaging.
